Teror: Transportation and Accessibility

Teror is easily accessible from Las Palmas, the capital of Gran Canaria, with regular bus services connecting the two towns. The journey takes around 40 minutes, making it a convenient day trip for visitors staying in the capital or other parts of the island. For those traveling by car, Teror is connected to the island’s well-maintained road network, with scenic routes that pass through the island’s mountains and valleys.

Once in Teror, getting around is straightforward, as the town is small and walkable. Most of the main attractions are located within the town center, and exploring on foot is the best way to experience the charming streets and architectural beauty. Parking is available for visitors arriving by car, though during festivals or market days, it can become more limited.

While Teror does not have its own airport, visitors can easily fly into Gran Canaria Airport, which is about a 45-minute drive from the town. From the airport, car rentals, taxis, and buses are available to reach Teror and other parts of the island.
