Oliva: Transportation and Accessibility

Oliva is well-connected by road, making it easily accessible from both Valencia and Alicante. The city is served by the A-7 motorway, which runs along Spain’s eastern coast, and provides a convenient route for those traveling by car. Valencia Airport, located around 80 kilometers to the north, and Alicante Airport, 100 kilometers to the south, are the nearest international airports. Both airports offer frequent flights to and from major European cities.

While Oliva does not have its own train station, visitors can take a train to nearby Gandia and continue by bus or taxi to the city. Local bus services operate within Oliva, making it easy for visitors to get around, whether exploring the city center, beaches, or surrounding areas. The city’s layout is pedestrian-friendly, especially in the old town, and cycling is also a popular way to explore the area.
